Cooper flashed us his first smile today…

Cooper has begun to follow movements with his eyes. We have some pictures that we move from side to side in front of his face and he follows them intently as they move.

After 3 nights in the hospital, we are finally on our way home. Although…with how much they wait on us…maybe we should have stayed a few more days =) It was weird just walking out of the hospital with our tiny little baby…the reality of it all quickly sunk in.

Our son, Cooper William Martin, was born this morning at 4:01 am. He weighs 7lbs 4ozs and is 20 inches long. Shannon delivered Cooper naturally and without the use of any drugs!
